However, the film also explores the themes of justice, freedom, and destiny, as Black Adam tries to find his place in the world. Playing homage yet critiquing the superhero genre, the movie has jokes and twists, while also offering a timely and relevant commentary on the social and political issues of our era, such as the power of technology, the role of media and the importance of choice.
