While the number of movies and series you can download from our rich Movies & Series library is constantly growing, not all titles have this feature yet.

It is also worth noting that only video-on-demand content can be downloaded and this feature is not available for TV recordings or catch-up.

Where can you download TV content?
The GO TV download feature is available on Android and iOS mobile devices and tablets.

Even though the content can be downloaded on mobile or tablet, the feature is not available on TV app or web browsers.

How to find downloadable content
You can check which content is available for download by visiting the “Downloads” page in the app. To confirm if a particular movie or series is available for download do the following:

• Search for the particular movie or series from the search option
• Select the particular movie or series
• If the item is available for download, you will see the option to “Download”

Friendly reminder: Even though you might be using your GO TV app logins on different devices, the downloaded content can only be accessed from the device you downloaded the content on. If you wish to access the downloaded content on different devices, you need to download the content on each separate device, however, you can do so on as many devices as you want.

How to find the downloaded content
You can access all the movies and series you have downloaded by going to the “Downloads” page in the app. To do so:

• Open the menu
• Tap on “Downloads”
• All your content can be found here

How to delete downloaded content
To delete downloaded content:

• Go to the “Downloads” page
• Tap on the content you wish to remove
• Tap on the tick icon
• Tap on the “Delete” button
• Press on the “OK” button to confirm

Downloaded content expiry
Downloaded content has an expiry window of 15 days from the date it was downloaded.

After 15 days, all you need to do is log into the GO TV app again whilst connected to the internet and open the video file again. This will re-activate the downloaded content without the need for downloading it again. And to do so, you will be using just a bit of data.

No limit on number of downloads
There is no limit as to the number of downloads you can have, which means that you can download as many movies or series as you want, as long as you have available space on your device.

Consider deleting downloaded content you are not planning to re-watch any time soon, so that you can make space for new downloads.
