How can I stop a recurring bundle online?

A recurring bundle is one that renews automatically once it expires, as long as credit is available in your account. If you would like to stop this recurring bundle, you can do so from both the GO app and MyGO.

GO app

  1. Log into the GO app
  2. From the Home tab, tap on “Manage service” next to the mobile number.​
  3. You will then be directed to the Manage service screen for that particular mobile number. Under the “Bundles” section you will see all recurring bundles you are currently subscribed to.​
  4. Tap on the “Stop” button next to the bundle you wish to stop.​
  5. Tap on the “Deactivate now” button to confirm your choice.​

Just bear in mind that once the bundle expires, you will no longer benefit from the add-on bundles offered by this recurring bundle.

MyGO

  1. Log into MyGO
  2. Click on “Manage service” from the Home page, found next to your mobile number
  3. Here, you will find the bundle you are currently on, with “Recurring” next to it
  4. Click on the “Stop” button

Just bear in mind that once the bundle expires, you will no longer benefit from the add-on bundles offered by this recurring bundle.
