If you are tied to a 24-month agreement for the Home Pack package but would like to terminate the service before the contract’s expiry, you will incur an early termination fee. This is based on how far along you are into your agreement.

If you have been tied to the agreement for a year or less, the termination fee is €200.

If you have been tied to the agreement for more than a year but less than 2 years, the termination fee is €100.
