1. Your Agreement

1. These terms and conditions are for an offer and should be read in conjunction with the General terms and conditions, the Tariff Plan’s and/or Bundled Plan’s terms and conditions, the Schedule of Charges and any other applicable terms and conditions. In the event of any conflict between these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail.  These terms and conditions form an integral part of Your Agreement for the provision of the Service with Us.

2. The offer applicable to Your Agreement is specified in the Application Form. We reserve the right to stop, suspend, amend or otherwise alter this offer, the applicable charges and any benefits derived through it, as well as these terms and conditions, in accordance with applicable laws. Unless otherwise stated, this will not affect the rest of Your Agreement with Us.

B. The Offer

1. This Offer is regulated by its terms and conditions. By subscribing to this Offer You are agreeing to all the terms and conditions found in the Agreement. If You do not agree with any of these terms, You should not subscribe or take-up this Offer.

2. This Offer is provided by GO p.l.c. (‘GO’).

3. The offer consists of 100% discount on the rental charge for the first (1) month (the ‘Offer’) of the eligible bundled plan as specified in Clause B,5..

4. This Offer is made available to You by signing an Agreement with Us.

5. The eligible bundled plan is:
   1. Home Pack Starter Jack with a two (2) year commitment.

6. The Offer consists of the following:

C.        Explanation of the Offer

1.         You may benefit from this Offer as from 29th of January until end of April 2019.

2.         Unless otherwise stated, all charges quoted in this document are inclusive of VAT.

3.         Monthly Fee:

a.        The monthly fee stated in Clause B.6. applies as follows:

i.         The Offer monthly fee applies for the first (1) month from the activation date of the bundle plan specified in Clause B.5.

ii.        The standard rate applies monthly after the Offer period lapses.

iii.      The Offer applies if You install all the services in the bundled plan within thirty (30) days from the date when Your application form is accepted by Us.

4.    Other Offer Information:

a.        You may benefit from the Offer only if You satisfy the conditions laid out below:

i.         You are a new GO subscriber on the eligible bundled plan specified in Clause B.5.

ii.         You are an existing GO subscriber upgrading to the eligible bundled plan in Clause B.5.

iii.        Further to Clause C.4.a.ii, You should subscribe or be subscribed to the mobile tariff plans either Smart Plus or Freedom Plan of Your choice to benefit from this Offer.

iv.        If You are an existing GO subscriber upgrading to the eligible bundled plan in Clause B.5., You must activate Your Home Pack Community on the Smart Plus or Freedom Plan mobile tariff plans.

1. Only residential customers are eligible for the Offer.
2. This Offer is available for a limited time period.
3. Unless otherwise stated, this Offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer.
4. You may be required to pay additional charges if You opt for specific billing or payment methods. Further details are available in the Schedule of Charges.

D.        Other Important Information

1.       If You wish to terminate the eligible bundled plan within the first 30 days from the installation of all the services in the bundled plan, You can do so without incurring the related bundled plan Early Termination Fee charges as specified in the respective tariff plan terms and conditions. This is applicable only if You are a new GO customer.

2.       In the event that You terminate the eligible bundled plan after the first 30 days period lapses, You acknowledge that You will no longer be eligible to continue to benefit from this Offer and also You will be charged the applicable bundled plan Early Termination Fee charges specified in the respective tariff plan terms and conditions.

3.       You are agreeing that the Offer is not applicable to employees who are currently employed with GO or any other of its affiliates.  Also You are agreeing that if You are a shareholder of GO, You will not be entitled to this Offer.
