Auto top-up, hereinafter being referred to as ‘the Service’, is owned and operated by (‘GO’).
Access to ‘the Service’ is subject to the following terms and conditions. By subscribing, you are agreeing to all of these terms and conditions, without modification. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please do not subscribe.
The Service:
The Service offers clients the opportunity to be able to select one of our various top up amounts and rules to automatically top up one or multiple pre-paid GO numbers, using a Debit/ Credit card. The Owner is responsible for specifying the mobile number/s authorised to be topped up using ‘the service’ and for the top up rules set during and after the registration process. GO cannot be held responsible if the owner inserts incorrect top up details and top up rules during registration and / or during the amending of top up details.
It is the owners’ responsibility to obtain consent from the beneficiary of third party mobile number/s to be able to top-up their mobile numbers using the Service. GO reserves the right to terminate these Services unilaterally without the need of informing you.
General:
The service is available only through the GO app. To make use of ‘the Service’, the owner must identify themselves using their correct details. As the owner, you warrant that the information which you provide to GO is your personal information and is complete and correct and undertake to inform GO without delay of any changes to any such information. To be able to amend certain service and subscription details such as Debit/ Credit Card number, rule/s set and top up amount changes, you are required to update these details through the GO app.
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge and agree that:
The Service will not function if your pre-paid balance limit is exceeded or will be exceeded upon the next top up. However the Service will remain active and their functionality will resume when your pre-paid balance is within limit.
Other terms & conditions that apply to the Pay As You GO tariff plans and Smart Plus (Hybrid) plan are applicable to ‘the Service’. Moreover GO shall have the right to set limits in terms of ‘the Service’ and its features.
‘The Service’ will not function if the GO number being topped up is not yet active or has been blocked. The Service will be active again once the SIM card is reactivated or a new SIM card is activated with the same number.
GO will use its best endeavours to provide a prompt service as described in these Terms and Conditions, but will not be liable for any failed top-up transactions due to technical failure, or other issues. GO reserves the right to refuse to provide ‘the Service’ without a need to provide a reason for its decision.
GO reserves the right at any time to modify the Terms and Conditions and modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without prior notice. GO processes personal data in line with the GDPR and Data Protection Act (2018) and any applicable legislation. Personal data provided to GO will be kept in confidence and processed in order to render and/or improve the service you have requested. Personal data shall not be transferred to any third party unless requested by you or permissible according to the law. You have the right to require access to your personal data as well as the right to rectify, or, in appropriate circumstances, erase any inaccurate, incomplete or immaterial personal data processed by GO

When creating, modifying or deleting a rule, the owner will receive an SMS or E-mail notification signifying the success or failure of said scenarios.
Auto top-up does not occur in real-time and GO cannot be held responsible for any temporary loss of service.
Payment:
Payment of the service is effected through the Debit/ Credit card details provided by the owner upon registration of ‘the Service’. During the electronic registration process, or whenever changing your credit card details, the registered Debit/ Credit Card will be charged €0.01 as part of the Debit/Credit Card verification process. It is the owners’ responsibility to inform their respective bank immediately in the event that your Debit/ Credit Card is stolen or if your Debit /Credit Card is invalidated.

The owner can only use ‘the service’ to top up mobile numbers registered on GO’s network.
If the payment card is invalid / payment does not go through, we will keep attempting the payment, yet GO reserves the right to remove the rule/s set if the payment is rejected after a certain amount of days.

GO has a ‘No refund’ policy, except in instances where the company observes the law in allowing a ‘cooling off’ period. GO reserves the right to examine each claim for refunds, submitted in writing, on a case-by-case basis and may issue refunds in instances it deems fit.
Information security
GO makes every effort to ensure customer confidentiality when securing on-line payments. This includes ensuring the security of your credit card details and other personal information and the use of encryption to protect the communication and/or transaction.
