These terms and conditions were last updated on 8^th November 2023.

1. This Offer is owned and operated by GO p.l.c. (‘GO’).
2. Access to the benefits of this Offer is subject to the following Terms and Conditions in conjunction with the Freedom Plan Terms and Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions. By using this facility, you are agreeing to all of these Terms and Conditions, without modification. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please do not make use of this Offer.
3. The Offer is applicable from 8^th November 2023 till 31^st December 2023 both dates inclusive.
4. This Offer is valid only to customers which port-in to GO, or migrate from our pre-paid & Hybrid tariffs to the Freedom Plan: Unlimited Data during the Offer validity period as specified in Clause 3 above.
5. Customers meeting the criteria indicated in Clause 4 above will benefit from:
   1. A discount of €10.00 from the total price of the Freedom Plan tariff for the first six (6) months from date of port-in.
   2. In addition, a summer offer discount covering the first 3 months of Freedom Plan: Unlimited data. This discount will be applied as a one-time credit on account amounting to €32.97. For avoidance of doubt this credit is equivalent to the first 3 months of unlimited data for free after applying the discount mentioned above in 5.a.

6. To benefit from this Offer, customers need to subscribe to Freedom Plan: Unlimited for a term of twenty four (24) months (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Term’).
7. The prices quoted above are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of Excise Tax. Additionally, a further €1 discount is applied when paying via Direct Debit.
8. GO reserves the right to stop any benefit resulting from deliberate abuse and/or misuse of this offer.
9. GO reserves the right at any time to modify the terms and conditions and modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Offer (or any part thereof) at any time by giving immediate notice to the public via the GO website (www.go.com.mt).
