These terms and conditions were last updated on the 7^th April 2022.

1. This Offer is owned and operated by GO p.l.c. (‘GO’).
2. Access to the benefits of this Offer is subject to the following Terms and Conditions in conjunction with the Freedom Plan Terms and Conditions, GO’s Mix & Match Homepack Terms and Conditions and GO Connect Kids and Pets Terms and Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions. By using this facility, you are agreeing to all of these Terms and Conditions, without modification. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please do not make use of this Offer.
3. The Offer is applicable from 13^th September 2021 till 31^st August 2022 both dates inclusive or until stocks last whichever comes first.
4. This Offer is valid only to GO customers who during the Offer validity period as specified in Clause 3 above, satisfy any of the conditions laid out below:

• • Are new to GO’s Freedom Plan or GO’s Mix & Match Homepack with a GO Connect Kids or GO Connect Pets tariff plan.
  • Either as a new GO customer joining GO directly on an a Freedom Plan or GO’s Mix & Match Homepack and GO Connect Kids or GO Connect Pets tariff plan; or
  • Are an existing GO Pay As You GO customer who wishes to participate in this Offer and migrates his/her Pay As You GO service to a Freedom Plan with GO Connect Kids or GO Connect Pets tariff plans.

5. Customers fulfilling any of the scenarios indicated in Clause 4 above and subscribing to any of the Freedom Plans or GO’s Mix & Match Homepack and GO Connect Kids or GO Connect Pets tariff plans will benefit from a discount of €29.99 from the device cost for the GO Connect Kids Watch and €19.99 from the device cost for the GO Connect Pets Tracker during the stated offer period.
6. To benefit from this Offer, customers need to subscribe to any Freedom Plan or GO’s Mix & Match Homepack for a minimum term of twenty four (24) months (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Term’) and bind themselves to pay the monthly access fee via Direct Debate Mandate.
7. Should an existing customer already tied to a term agreement which is still active wish to benefit from this Offer, s/he may do so. However any penalties due as specified in the signed contractual agreement are to be settled.
8. The prices quoted above are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of Excise Tax and, as stated earlier, are those applicable when paying via Direct Debit Mandate.
9. GO reserves the right to stop any benefit resulting from deliberate abuse and/or misuse of this offer.
10. GO reserves the right at any time to modify the terms and conditions and modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Offer (or any part thereof) at any time by giving immediate notice to the public via the GO website (www.go.com.mt).
