A. Your Agreement
1. These terms and conditions form an integral part of Your Agreement for the provision of the Service with Us, together with the following terms (together with any other documents referred therein), where applicable:
a. The Application Form
b. The Special Offer Terms and Conditions
c. The Bundled Plan Terms and Conditions
d. The Tariff Plan Terms and Conditions and/or Schedule of Charges
e. The End User License Agreement (EULA)
f. The Product Terms and Conditions
g. The General Terms and Conditions
2. If any of these documents conflict with one another, the terms will apply in the order of precedence set out above.
3. The Tariff applicable to Your Agreement is specified in the Application Form or through other means by which you have applied for the Service. We reserve the right to stop, suspend, amend or otherwise alter this Tariff, the applicable charges and any benefits derived through it, as well as these terms and conditions, in accordance with applicable laws.
B. The Tariff
1. This product is available only for Pay As You GO mobile customers and was effective as from 1st July 2015.
4. You may purchase a prepaid local mobile data bundle (hereafter referred to as ‘the mobile data bundle’) as an add-on to their applicable Pay As You GO tariff plan.

5. You may purchase the mobile data bundles on offer, as stated in B.2 above and B.7 below, by sending an SMS, free of charge, with the respective codes.
6. You will be assigned a mobile data bundle for local usage & whilst roaming in the EU Zone 1 valid for 4 weeks starting from date of subscription and at a cost as indicated in the above table. The bundle price will be deducted from the customer’s main balance.
7. The data bundle will be able to be used for uploading and downloading whilst in Malta and whilst roaming in the EU Zone 1.

8. We reserve the right to offer the mobile data bundles on selected Pay As You GO tariff plans only as indicated in the tariff plan guide on www.go.com.mt
9. Once the mobile data bundle is consumed you will be charged at the applicable Pay Per Use rates according to the customer’s Pay As You GO tariff plan unless the mobile data bundle is renewed. The mobile data bundle can be renewed in one of two ways:
a) By sending an SMS to the number containing one of the codes indicated in the above table, if the bundle is consumed before the expiry date.
b) For recurring bundles, automatically upon the bundle expiry date, assuming there is sufficient credit on the account. If the credit available in the subscriber’s account upon renewal is insufficient, the renewal process will remain active for 28 days. Upon topping-up during these 28 days, the price of the bundle (as stated in B.4) shall automatically be deducted from the available credit and the bundle will be renewed. If You do not wish the auto-renewal feature, s/he should send the codes indicated in the above table (as stated in B.4) to stop the bundle from automatically renewing upon expiry.
10. It is the customer’s responsibility to keep track of the mobile data usage within the mobile data bundle. The customer can do so by sending a blank SMS to 16415, for free.
11. All charges deriving from the mobile data bundle include VAT and any other applicable taxes, unless otherwise explicitly stated.
12. As stated in B.5, the mobile data bundle bought will have a validity period or time window. If You have any outstanding units and buy another bundle of the same type before time window expires, any outstanding units will be carried forward to the new bundle. If You do not buy another data bunde before time window expires the data accumulated within the bundle will be lost. The total data accumulated from all the data bundles may not exceed 50GB.
13. If You have a combination of a free mobile data bundle obtained through a GO promotional offer, and/or a data bundle included in the plan and the prepaid bundle is purchased in line with B.4 above, the free mobile data bundle and/or the data bundle included in the plan, in this order, will be consumed first.
14. GO’s general Pay As You GO terms and conditions and any other relevant GO mobile terms and conditions shall apply.
15. GO reserves the right to stop, suspend, amend or otherwise alter the mobile data bundle on offer as per Clauses 5 and 6 above and these terms and conditions in accordance with the timeframes stipulated by law.
16. All Terms and Conditions that apply to GO’s Pay As You GO mobile service are also applicable to the plan.
17. GO’s Pay As you GO Disconnection Policy applies.
18. GO processes personal data in line with the Data Protection Act (2001). Personal data provided to GO mobile will be kept in confidence and processed in order to render and/or improve the service you have requested. Personal data shall not be transferred to any third party unless requested by you or permissible according to the law including as may be required for the purposes of disclosure to other subscribers enquiring whether your mobile number is subscribed to the GO Play plan. You have the right to require access to your personal data as well as the right to rectify, or, in appropriate circumstances, erase any inaccurate, incomplete or immaterial personal data processed by GO.

20. End-users may inquire information about registered subscribers by placing calls to premium numbers ‘1182’ for local fixed lines and mobile networks or ‘1152’ for overseas numbers. Calls made towards these premium numbers will be subject to additional calling charges above the standard rate.
