MyGO Portal Quiz September 2021 (‘The Competition’)

• This competition is owned and operated by GO p.l.c. (hereinafter ‘GO’)
• Access to the benefits of the Competition is subject to these Terms and Conditions. By participating in the Competition, you are agreeing to all of these Terms and Conditions, without modification. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not participate in the Competition.
• One [1] winning participant will be picked at random using automated means.
• This Competition will run for one (1) week between the 3rd September and 17th September (both dates included) and with the winning participant announced on GO’s social media platforms of choice.
• The winning participant will receive the prize consisting of a one-time €50 (fifty Euro) Amazon voucher (hereinafter ‘the Prize’).

Rules to participate

1. Participants must be registered MyGO account holders. If a Participant does not have a MyGO account, Participant may create a new MyGO account prior to participation in the Competition.
2. Participants would have to log into the MyGO account registered in Participant’s name.
3. Participants must answer correctly ALL of the quiz questions, which pops up on the MyGO Home page (bottom left corner)

Miscellaneous

• The winning participant will be contacted by GO and will receive the Prize by email. It is the winning participant’s responsibility to provide GO with a valid email address at the time of participation to the Competition. GO shall have no obligation other than to provide the Prize to the winning participant, and by participating in the Competition each and every Participant accepts that GO has no further responsibility and/or liability in connection with the Competition and/or the Prize.
• In the event that the Prize specified becomes unavailable for any reason outside of GO’s control, GO may, but shall not be obliged to, substitute the Prize with a prize of like or equal value. The winning participant accepts the Prize entirely at his/her own risk and indemnifies GO in respect of any claim for any accident, property damage, injury, or loss of life that may occur in connection with the Prize. The winning participant is responsible for any insurance, tax or other costs that may be associated with the Prize and/or the redemption thereof.
• By participating, Participants grant GO exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices and likeness in connection with the Competition and waive any claims to remuneration, howsoever defined, for such use. Furthermore, by accepting the Prize, the winning participant agrees to participate in, and co-operate as required with, all reasonable media editorial requests relating to the Competition and/or the Prize, including but not limited to, being interviewed and photographed, filmed and/or chaperoned. The winning participant waives any claim for compensation from GO for the use of such media taken or for any time required for such participation. The winning participant must also be willing to wear any accessories as required for photographs and other media related events as required.
• No cash or credit alternatives will be offered in connection with the Prize. The Prize or any unused portion thereof, is not transferable or exchangeable for other goods and cannot be taken as cash.
• GO employees (including employees of any GO p.l.c. subsidiary) and their immediate families cannot take part in this Competition.
• GO reserves the right to stop any benefit resulting from any suspected abuse and/or misuse of this Competition and/or non-observance of these Terms and Conditions.
• This Competition is subject to Maltese law.
