These terms and conditions were last updated on the 1st of April 2022.
- This Pre-Order is owned and operated by GO p.l.c. (‘GO’).
- This Pre-Order is subject to these Terms and Conditions. By Pre-Ordering one of these Samsung models, you are agreeing to all of these Terms and Conditions, without modification. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not Pre-Order any phone model.
- The Pre-Order for Samsung Galaxy S22, S22+, and S22 Ultra shall take place only at GO outlets and shall run between 11th February 2022 and 31st March 2022 both dates included (the ‘Applicable Period’). Stock will start being distributed from 31st March 2022.
- Rules to Pre-Order:
- The Pre-Order is open for non-GO and GO customers (the ‘Customer’).
- A €50 non-refundable deposit (the ‘Deposit’) is required to pre-order any model of Samsung Galaxy S22, S22+ or S22 Ultra.
- For pre-orders taken for Samsung Galaxy S22, S22+, or S22 Ultra between the ‘Applicable Period’, a set of free Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro in phantom black only will be given with the purchase of the ordered phone.
- The Deposit is required for every phone ordered.
- S Pen is included only with the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra only
- Collection and payment (when applicable) of ordered phone is required within 48 hours from when GO informs you that the phone has arrived. Failing to collect such phone within the stipulated timeframe gives the right to GO PLC to forfeit the Deposit paid
- When collecting the Pre-ordered phone Customer must present a valid identity document and copy of receipt given for the Deposit.
- The Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro are not exchangeable for any other goods or services and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
- GO reserves the right to stop any benefit resulting from any known or suspected abuse and/or misuse of this Pre-Order and/or non-observance of these Terms and Conditions.
- GO processes and retains personal data in line with the applicable data protection and retention legislation in force in Malta. By placing a Pre-order, the Customer is granting GO consent to be contacted for any reason in connection with the Pre-order.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, GO will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury and/or loss of life as a result of the Pre-Order and the purchase of the phone from a GO outlet.
- Each Customer acknowledges and agrees that GO’s only obligation in connection with the Pre-Order shall be that of fulfilling the Pre-Order.
- This Pre-Order and all matters relating to it shall be governed, construed and take effect in accordance with the laws of Malta, without giving effect to principles of conflict of laws, and the Courts in Malta shall be vested with the exclusive competence and jurisdiction to determine any dispute arising therefrom.
- These terms and conditions have been drafted in the English language and the English text shall be regarded as the authoritative text. If these terms and conditions are translated into any other language, any ambiguity or disagreement that may arise shall be resolved by reference to the English text.
