Iċ-Ċaqqufa Malta’s most loved TV series, will return with a brand-new season. Fans will be thrilled to know that a fifth season of the drama series that gripped Malta from its inception ten years ago is in the making. Producers Watermelon Media and GO Originals will present another fifteen episodes exclusive to Tokis.

The story will pick up from the massive cliffhanger at the end of season 4. Rose Degiovanni will face new life-changing challenges as her son Michael is finally released from the mental hospital he was committed to. Just when she thinks that life is giving her a breather and that she has found love, Rose must face new and old enemies set to take away her freedom and all she worked for. Overwhelmed by a power struggle greater than she had ever faced, Rose must think strategically, act rationally and strike back with all her might to defend her loved ones.
