Moving to Malta

The Home Pack Community is available to customers on our Freedom plans, Smart Plus plan, Smart plans, and Play plans who also have Mix & Match Home Pack. Activate your Home Pack Community so that each member will benefit from many perks depending on your tariffs.

Activate your Home Pack Community

STEP 1

Send your GO phone number and your subscription number via SMS to 50700280 free of charge.

Your subscription number starts with a ‘P’ or ‘0’ and can be found on the first page of your Home Pack contract. Make sure you leave a space between your phone number and contract reference number, and do not enter them on two separate lines.

STEP 2

Next, you will receive an SMS informing you that your Home Pack Community has been activated. This means that you can make use of your free minutes right away when calling your GO fixed phone number from your GO mobile number.

STEP 3

You can add an additional 4 GO mobile numbers to your community. Once you have selected these numbers, send each one in a separate SMS to 50700281 free of charge.

STEP 4

Once each number you have decided to include in your Home Pack Community have been successfully added, you will all receive a confirmation SMS and start benefitting from your individual free monthly minute bundle.
