Moving from a top-up plan to the Play plan is now incredibly simple! Just follow these steps within the GO app linked to your mobile service:
- Access the ‘Manage service’ section and select the ‘Switch Plan’ button.
- Choose the ‘Switch to Play plan’ option.
- You’ll receive a notification once the new plan is activated.
Haven’t connected your mobile service to your app account yet? No worries!
- Click on “More” at the bottom of the menu.
- Choose “Link accounts and services.”
- Select “Link service.”
- Enter your mobile number and tap “Send verification code.”
- A verification code will be sent to your mobile number.
- Input the verification code in the provided field, and tap “Confirm code.”
Now your mobile service will be linked, and you can follow the initial steps in this FAQ to switch to the Play plan. It’s that straightforward!
