At times, due to various works being done, our infrastructure might be in the way of your plans. We understand your frustration and we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Bear in mind that you can request for us to temporarily move these until you finish your work. All you need to is fill in this form. In this form you are requested to supply as much detail as possible, so that we are in a better position to service you faster. The requested information includes your name and contact details, the full address of where the service is requested, as well as photos of the area, among other details.

In cases where the infrastructure is located in or on public property, any costs involved must be covered by the requester. The requester must also provide an alternative location for us to pass the necessary infrastructure.

If you are planning to demolish part of or the whole building, please make sure you inform us at least 3 months in advance. On the other hand, if you are to renovate a part of or the whole building, please make sure you inform us at least 2 months in advance.
