Moving to Malta
You can easily pay your bills through our website, MyGO, the GO app or via Internet Banking offered by your bank. In this manner, you can avoid long queues in the outlets. Just bear in mind that you can only view your bills on MyGO or on the GO app.
To view your bill on MyGO:
1. Log into MyGO
2. Click on “Bills and Payments” from the top menu
3. Next, click on the card associated with the billing account you wish to view the bill for. Your bills will show right under the card.
4. Click on the “Download” button. You can now view your bill.
Any pending bills related to your account are displayed on the card found on the Home tab. There, you’ll be able to see the pending amount. Click on the “Pay Now” button on that card to begin the process of settling your bill.
To pay your bill on MyGO, you can also:
1. Log into MyGO
2. Click on “Bills and Payments” from the top menu
3. Here you will find all your linked accounts and any pending payments that you may have for each
4. Click on the account you wish to make a payment on and then click on the “Make a payment” button
5. On the right hand side of the page a new pop up will appear confirming the amount due. Click on ‘Pay now’. If you are registered for Direct Debit Mandate, a message will appear at the top to inform you accordingly.
6. Next, a new pop up will appear in the middle of the page. There you can enter your card details. You are free to save a banking card for future payments or use one for this specific payment only. Once you enter your card details and click on the ‘Continue’ button, your payment will be processed.
To view your bill on the GO app:
1. Log into the GO app
2. Tap on “Payments” from the bottom menu
3. Tap on the card related to the billing account you wish to view the bill for
4. Your bills will show just right under the card. Tap on the “View bill” button.

1. Log into the GO app
2. Tap on “Payments” from the bottom menu
3. Tap on the “Pay now” button found on the card related to the billing account you wish to make a payment on
4. A new page will appear where you can enter your card details. You are free to save a banking card for future payments or use one for this specific payment only. Once you enter your card details and click on the ‘Continue’ button, your payment will be processed.
To make a payment using our website:
1. Visit our website
2. From the top-right corner, click on “Pay bill”
3. A pop-up will appear. Enter the account number you wish to make a payment on, the name of the account owner as it is listed on the bill and an email address where we can send a confirmation of the payment. Then, enter the amount you wish to pay.
4. Click on the “Continue” button.
5. Here you will need to enter your bank card details. Once you click on the “Confirm” button, your payment will be processed.
