If you delete your Direct Debit details from your billing account, you will need to pay your bills manually.

Other methods of payment include:

• The GO app using your credit or debit card
• MyGO using your credit or debit card
• Our website using your credit or debit card
• Internet banking through your bank
• Visiting one of our outlets
• Sending a cheque by post

If you have deleted your Direct Debit details after the 2nd half of the month, the bill might still be paid via Direct Debit Mandate.
