1. This competition is owned and operated by GO p.l.c. (‘GO’).
2. Access to the benefits of the Competition is subject to these Terms and Conditions. By participating in the Competition, you are agreeing to all of these Terms and Conditions, without modification. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not participate in the Competition.
3. This Competition is open between 17^th April and 2^nd May 2023. The winners will be selected in an automated manner and announced between 3^rd and 11^th of May 2023.
4. Rules to participate:
   • Participants must be 18 years of age.
   • Participants must be lawfully residing in the Republic of Malta.
   • Participants must scan the QR code displayed on GO Stars television channel with their mobile device. The QR code will take the participants to the online form.
   • Participants must fill up the form with their Email Address, Name and Surname, Age, Gender, Mobile number, Landline Number and locality as well as 3 related questions which need to be answered correctly in order to enter the Competition.
   • The Competition is open for non-GO and GO customers.  However, only one GO registered customer with a GO TV service is eligible to win the Grand Prize (the “Winner”). A non-GO customer will be eligible to claim the Grand Prize after successfully applying for one of the GO TV services listed in this clause: GO TV with Home Pack; GO TV with Duo Pack; GO TV Standard Service.
   • Only one (1) entry (one form submission) per Participant is permitted.  Should multiple forms be submitted, only the last form will be considered.

One (1) Winner will be selected at random.

• The Prize shall be as follows: (i) Two (2) tickets to the Britain’s Got Talent Finale Show in London, on the 4^th June (the “Event”); and (ii) five hundred Euro (€500) cash prize to cover flight & accommodation expenses. The cash prize shall only be released upon presentation of valid receipts or proof of payment of flights and hotel clearly showing reservations made in the name of the Winner and an additional person.  The cash prize shall only be given to the Winner and shall be given in full irrespective of whether the total cost of flight & accommodation is more or less than five hundred euro (€500).

1. 1. In the event that the Prize specified becomes unavailable for any reason outside of GO’s control, GO may, but shall not be obliged to, substitute a Prize of like or equal value. The winning participant accepts the Prize entirely at his/her own risk and indemnifies GO in respect of any claim for any accident, property damage, personal injury to self or any third party, or loss of life that may occur in connection with the Prize. The winning Participant is responsible for all other expenses, insurance, tax or other costs that may be associated with the Prize.  Please refer to the definition of Prize for further details of what is included in the Prize.
   2. By participating, Participants grant GO exclusive permission to retain, store and use their personal data, including their names, characters, photographs, voices and likeness in connection with the Competition and waive any claims to remuneration, howsoever defined, for such use. Furthermore, by accepting the Prize, the winning participant agrees to participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable public relations (including any media related) requests relating to the Prize, including but not limited to, being interviewed and photographed, filmed and/or chaperoned. The winning participant waives any claim for compensation from GO for such public relations and the use of any media taken or for any time required for such participation. The winning participant must also be willing to wear any accessories as required for photographs and other public relations (including media) related events as required.
   3. The Prize is non-transferable and must be availed of by the Winner and a guest.  No additional cash or credit alternatives will be offered in connection with the Event tickets or any unused portion thereof.
   4. GO employees (including employees of any GO p.l.c. subsidiary) cannot take part in this Competition.
   5. GO reserves the right to stop any benefit resulting from any known or suspected abuse and/or misuse of this Competition and/or non-observance of these Terms and Conditions.
   6. GO processes and retains personal data in line with the applicable data protection and retention legislation in force in Malta.
   7. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any other third party. By participating in this Competition Participants are providing information to GO and not to any other third party.
   8. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GO will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury and/or loss of life as a result of the Competition, the Participant’s entry, the Prize or the winning thereof, and/or the participation to the Events included in the Prize and/or any public relations (including media) related events.
   9. All Participants shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever caused to or suffered by GO caused by Participants actions.  Without prejudice to the generality of this clause, the Winner warrants and binds himself/herself in favour of GO to behave properly, including by observing all applicable rules, including any directions given by the organisers of the Event included in the Prize, and to ensure the proper behaviour of any accompanying third parties, and assumes all liability towards GO  for any damages of whatever nature which GO may suffer due to any misbehaviour, including any non-observance of applicable rules, by the Winner and/or any accompanying third parties.
   10. The Participant acknowledges and agrees that GO’s only obligation in connection with the Competition shall, be that of delivering the Prize to the Winner and that GO shall not be held liable for any cancellation of, or failure in the performance of, or delayed performance of, the Event included in the Prize. Furthermore, and without prejudice to any other limitation or exclusion of liability contained herein or at law, the Participant acknowledges and agrees that the Event included in the Prize  is not organized by GO and that GO has no control over the organization thereof, and that inter alia, said Event may be cancelled or postponed due to reasons outside of GO’s control, inter alia including in cases of force majeure, including, but not limited to, Acts of God (including weather of exceptional severity, floods, lightning or fire), general or local strikes, industrial disputes, national or local emergency, acts or omissions of Government or other competent authorities, fire or destruction of the Parties’ works or materials, insurrection or other civil disorder, war or military operations, explosions, subsidence.  In any such case, if the Event included in the Prize is/are postponed to a future date, GO shall endeavour to obtain a replacement ticket for the Event, but shall be under no obligation to do so nor shall GO be responsible or liable for any transport (including international flights) or accommodation arrangements that might be rendered necessary in connection with such a postponement.  The Participant hereby fully exempts and holds GO harmless from any liability in the event that the Event included in the Prize is cancelled or otherwise postponed and/or if GO fails to secure replacement tickets as aforementioned.
   11. This Competition and all matters relating to it shall be governed, construed and take effect in accordance with the laws of Malta, without giving effect to principles of conflict of laws, and the Courts in Malta shall be vested with the exclusive competence and jurisdiction to determine any dispute arising therefrom.
   12. These terms and conditions have been drafted in the English language and the English text shall be regarded as the authoritative text. If these terms and conditions are translated into any other language, any ambiguity or disagreement that may arise shall be resolved by reference to the English text.
