1. These Free Three (3) Months Upgrade to Superfast Internet 75Mbps (hereinafter referred to as “The Offer”) Special Terms and Conditions are in addition to, and must be read in conjunction with the Limitless Internet Service Terms and Conditions. For ease of reference, the Terms and Conditions can be accessed from the GO website – www.go.com.mt – or acquired from any GO outlet or authorised reseller.

2. GO shall not be restricted from, but shall not be obliged to, issuing concurrent offers to its, or its prospective, customers. Any offer issued shall be governed by its terms and conditions and certain offers may be mutually exclusive.

3. The Offer entitles customers to a Free upgrade to Superfast Internet 75Mbps, for a period of three (3) months.

4. For the avoidance of doubt, after the expiry of the three (3) month Offer period, customer will be migrated back to the internet service s/he was previously subscribed to before the Free upgrade.

5. For the avoidance of doubt, should the customer downgrade to an internet speed product lower than 75Mbps during the Offer period, no penalty charges shall apply. In this instance, however, customer will no longer remain eligible to benefit from The Offer. Should customer wish to re-subscribe to Super Fast internet 75Mbps service, the standard rate as stipulated in the Internet Schedule of Charges shall apply.

6. For the avoidance of doubt, it is hereby being stated that due to technical limitations, Superfast Internet 75Mbps service is not available throughout the Maltese territory and thus there could be technical limitations preventing the actual installation and/or activation of the

Service. Technical feasibility is determined at the application stage. In all events where the feasibility results are negative the customer will not be eligible for The Offer.

7. The Offer is not available in conjunction with any other GO Offer.

8. Customers that do not install the service within thirty (30) days from The Agreement date will not remain entitled to benefit from the Offer.

9. GO reserves the right to stop, suspend, amend or otherwise alter The Offer and these Special Terms and Conditions in accordance with the timeframes stipulated by law.
