1. Your Agreement

These terms and conditions are for a promotion and should be read in conjunction with the respective GO mobile tariff plans/bundles terms and conditions, the General terms and conditions and any other applicable terms and conditions. In the event of any conflict between these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail.

We reserve the right to stop, suspend, amend, or otherwise alter this Promotion, the applicable charges and any benefits derived through it, as well as these terms and conditions, in accordance with applicable laws. Unless otherwise stated, this will not affect the rest of Your Agreement with Us.

2.  The Promotion

GO X Uber Promotion (the ‘Promotion’ or ‘Promo’)is a limited time promotion made available by Us.

Eligible GO mobile subscribers will receive a free Uber Promo code every calendar month throughout the duration of this promotion.

The Promotion is available to all new and existing GO Play youth tariff & Freedom Plan mobile customers until the end date of the Promotion.

The GO X Uber Promotion consists of the following:

• 2 trips at 50% discount every calendar month until the end date of this promotion.
• The maximum discount is €12 per trip or €24 per calendar month.
• This Promotion ends on 31^st December 2023 (inclusive) unless extended accordingly or suspended before this date.
• The Promotion is only valid for the Uber App in the territory of Malta.
• The Promotion is only valid for personal use only.  Business-related trips or the carriage of heavy and/or bulky goods are not covered by this Promotion.
• A Promo Code will be communicated directly to the eligible GO customers via SMS, GO App notification and/or e-mail.
• Each Promo Code is valid for one calendar month as indicated in our direct communication to you.

All promotion codes

• Will be valid only for the duration of the Promotion Period and the trip(s)/orders must be taken during the Promotion Period
• Cannot be combined with any other Uber codes or promotions
• Cannot be transferred, duplicated, or sold and have no cash value
• With regards to successful redemption are subject to the availability of Uber partner-drivers at the time of requesting
• Require access to and use of the Uber App, which is subject to the standard terms and conditions applicable to all users who use the Uber App.

Step by step guide on how to redeem the promo code:

1. Open/Download the Uber App.
2. Create or login to your Uber Account.
3. Select the “Account” tab at the bottom of the screen.
4. Select “Wallet”
5. Scroll down to “Promotions” and select “Add promo code”.
6. Insert code and Select “Add”
