A.    Your Agreement

1.       These terms and conditions are for an offer and should be read in conjunction with the GO TV Terms and Conditions, and any other applicable terms and conditions. In the event of any conflict between these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail.  These terms and conditions form an integral part of Your Agreement for the provision of the Service with Us.

2.       We reserve the right to stop, suspend, amend or otherwise alter this Offer, the applicable charges and any benefits derived through it, as well as these terms and conditions, in accordance with applicable laws. Unless otherwise stated, this will not affect the rest of Your Agreement with Us.

B.      Definitions

1.       ‘TV Pass’ refers to the; Entertainment, Sports and/or Movies and Series TV Packages listed in clause K of the GO TV Terms and Conditions.

C.      The Offer

1.       This Offer is provided by GO p.l.c (‘GO’).

2.       The ‘Free 12 months Start TV plus 6 months TV pass offer’ (the ‘Offer’) is an Offer made available to You when opting for a mobile GO Play plan.

3.       With this Offer You are entitled to one (1) TV stream which includes Start TV. In addition You will also get 6 months free on Sports Pass or Movies & Series Pass.

4.       This Offer is applicable on only one (1) TV Pass, either Sports Pass or Movies & Series Pass. Therefore, if You would like to add other TV Passes, the standard fee of €5.99 monthly per TV Pass applies as listed in clause C.6.e.

5.       This Offer is regulated by its terms and conditions. By subscribing to this Offer You are agreeing to all the terms and conditions found in this Agreement. If You do not agree with these terms, You should not subscribe or take-up this Offer.

6.       The Offer consists of the following:

D.      Explanation of the Offer

1.       Unless otherwise stated, all charges quoted in this document are inclusive of VAT.

2.       Monthly Fee:

i.       The Offer price applies on one (1) TV stream including Start TV and on the Sports Pass or the Movies & Series Pass for a period of 12 months and 6 months respectively.

ii.       Once You no longer remain eligible to the Offer the standard monthly prices as listed in clause C.6.c and C.6.d will immediately become applicable.

3.       Other Offer Information:

a.       The Offer is available to new and existing customers who are subscribed to the mobile GO Play plan as stated in clause C.6.f.

b.       To benefit from this Offer You need to apply for it through the GO website. The Offer starts once the application is confirmed and processed.

c.       To subscribe to the Offer, You should present valid identification proof that you are 27 years old or younger. If You are under the age of eighteen (18) years you are required to visit any GO Retail Outlet or GO Exclusive Reseller in the presence of a parent or legal guardian in order to be able to subscribe to this Offer.

d.       The twelve (12) free months on Start TV and the six (6) free months TV pass are considered as one (1) Offer and need to be subscribed to together.

e.       This Offer is available till 31st December 2021.

f.       Unless otherwise stated, this Offer shall not be available in conjunction with any other offer.

4.       Direct Debit Mandate (DDM) is the default payment method for this Offer. If You opt not to pay via DDM, a €1.00 monthly charge applies per bill issued.

5.       This Offer is by default an e-billing service. This means that You will receive Your bill through electronic means by Using Our e-billing functionality available through Our Website. You agree to register for this functionality and to supply Us with a valid email address where We can notify You when Your bill is available as well as to send You other relevant information. Otherwise a €2.00 charge per bill issued applies.

E.      Other Important Terms

1.       The Offer is optional.

2.       In the event that You terminate Your mobile GO Play plan during the offer period You will still continue to benefit from this Offer and these Terms and Conditions will remain applicable.

3.       Should You not wish to remain subscribed to the TV service after the expiry of the free Offer period, You must contact Us prior to the expiry of the Offer so that We will terminate the TV service.

4.       Should You not inform Us of Your intention to terminate the TV service before the expiry of the free Offer period, then the standard prices stipulated in Clauses C.6.c and C.6.d. will apply. This charge will be added to Your bill.

5.       You may stop the Offer at any time.
