A technician will visit your home to replace the old copper wiring with the new fibre wiring.

In order for this replacement to take place, you will need to have access to your roof and be able to supply an extra power socket for the new equipment.

Then once the wiring is replaced, the technician will install the new equipment and connect this with the new wiring.
