If you cannot see your mobile number listed under the ‘Manage mobile services’ tab in MyGO or “Manage Services” in the GO app, this could be due to the fact that you have not linked your mobile service as a service user.
You can still see your bundle balance on the dashboard if your mobile’s billing account is linked to MyGO, however, if you wish to link your mobile service as a service user, you can do so by following these steps.
