There are two ways to delete your MyGO account:

1. Contact us on WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or Live Chat. You’ll be asked to provide us your details. Once you do so, we’ll delete your account on your behalf.
2. Log into the GO app, go to the More tab, tap on “MyGO Settings” and tap on Delete MyGO.

Just note that once you delete your MyGO account, you will no longer be able to manage your mobile service and billing account on your own.

Despite deleting your MyGO account, all your services will remain in your name unless you cancel your various subscriptions to these services separately.
